SPHINX BOOKING – CANCELLATION POLICY

SPHINX Booking acts as a travel coordination and booking intermediary . All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, medical facilities). Each booking is subject to the cancellation, amendment, and refund policies of the selected supplier . Supplier policies always take priority and override any general platform policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or official communication channel). The effective cancellation date is the date on which SPHINX Booking receives your written request. Verbal or informal requests are not considered valid. Our proactive approach: Once we receive your request, we immediately contact the supplier and update you on the available options.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on: The type of service booked The supplier’s rules The cancellation timing These may include: Free cancellation within a specific period Partial refund with penalties Non-refundable bookings SPHINX Booking cannot modify or override supplier rules .

Some bookings are marked as non-refundable by suppliers. In such cases: No refund will be issued in case of cancellation This applies regardless of reason (including personal or scheduling changes) We always communicate non-refundable conditions before confirmation .

Service, coordination, and consulting fees charged by SPHINX Booking are non-refundable These fees cover booking management, supplier coordination, and client support Supplier refunds, if approved, exclude SPHINX Booking service fees

A No-Show occurs when a client does not use a confirmed service without prior cancellation. In No-Show cases: Suppliers typically apply full charges No refunds are guaranteed SPHINX Booking service fees remain non-refundable

Changes to bookings (dates, names, services) are subject to: Supplier approval Applicable amendment fees We assist with change requests and communicate all costs clearly before proceeding.

Refunds are issued only if approved by the supplier Processing time depends on supplier confirmation and banking channels Bank, gateway, and currency exchange fees are non-refundable Transparency promise: We keep you informed throughout the refund process until completion.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions): Refunds and changes depend on supplier policies Alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered SPHINX Booking assists in exploring the best available solution

For medical travel services: SPHINX Booking coordinates travel logistics only Medical providers’ cancellation rules apply separately Medical decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the healthcare provider and patient

If part of a booked service is used: Unused portions are generally non-refundable Refunds depend solely on supplier discretion

Initiating a chargeback without following supplier cancellation rules may result in: Dispute rejection Additional bank or administrative fees SPHINX Booking reserves the right to contest unjustified chargebacks using supplier documentation.
