SPHINX BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

SPHINX Booking is a travel services brand operating within the Sphinx Gems Group . All bookings, payments, and contractual responsibilities are handled by Sphinx Gems and its affiliated group entities. SPHINX Booking is not a separate legal company .

We coordinate and book travel services with licensed third-party suppliers, including: Hotels & accommodation Transportation & transfers Tours & travel packages Corporate & business travel Medical travel coordination Group, luxury & special travel

A 30% deposit is required to confirm most bookings. A 50% deposit may apply for packages including domestic flights or 5-star hotels. A 60% deposit is required for travel during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter). The remaining balance is due in USD cash upon arrival in Cairo, unless otherwise agreed. Credit card payments (if available) may be subject to processing fees. Until the deposit is received, prices and availability are not guaranteed. Prices are quoted based on availability A booking is confirmed only after payment and written confirmation We carefully review your request and match you with suitable suppliers

We act as a professional intermediary , selecting reliable suppliers and managing communication on your behalf. If any issue arises with a supplier, we will: Communicate directly with the supplier Support you in finding a practical solution Assist with alternatives where possible

Each service is governed by the supplier’s own policies , including: Cancellation rules No-show conditions Change or amendment fees Supplier policies override any general platform policy . What this means for you: Before confirmation, we will clearly inform you of the applicable cancellation and refund rules so you can make an informed decision

Prices may change due to supplier updates, taxes, or currency fluctuations Payments are processed securely through authorized banks and gateways Bank and gateway fees are non-refundable Transparency promise: All charges are explained before payment.

SPHINX Booking charges service and coordination fees for managing your booking. These fees: Are clearly disclosed Cover consultation, coordination, and support Are non-refundable , even if a supplier issues a partial refund

Cancellation and change policies depend on the selected supplier Refunds are processed only if permitted by supplier rules Processing times vary by supplier and payment provider Our proactive support: We assist you in submitting requests and follow up with suppliers to reach the best possible outcome.

If you do not use a booked service without prior cancellation, suppliers usually apply full charges. Refunds are not guaranteed in no-show cases.

You are responsible for: Correct personal and travel information Valid passports, visas, and travel documents Compliance with destination rules Appropriate travel and medical insurance We are happy to guide you, but final responsibility remains with the traveler.

For medical travel: We coordinate travel and logistics only Medical services are provided by licensed healthcare providers We do not provide medical advice or guarantees We help ensure a smooth travel experience, not medical outcomes.

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will: Communicate clearly Explore alternatives Support rescheduling where possible

Our responsibility is limited to the services we arrange. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

All content, trademarks, and materials belong to the Sphinx Gems Group and may not be used without permission.

Your data is handled securely and shared only with suppliers as needed to provide your services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt .
